Observe:
Zara
Michelle Williams in Luis Vuitton (got my vote for best dressed)
Emma Stone in Giambattista Valli
…Still trying to figure out how to incorporate this trend into my wardrobe… I'm thinking maybe a top with a peplum paired with skinny jeans and heels… we'll see!

I love the peplum trend...it's so ladylike and sophisticated! I'm dying to buy some peplum pieces...skirts, dresses, tops, I'll take them all!

I am definitely loving this trend too - if you find a tailor who will do it - let me know :)

YES! I am so behind this silhouette. Except, remember when we all thought babydoll dresses/shirts were a good idea? Then it turned out we all looked like we were pregnant. So, this might not be the best idea when looking back but who cares!

I had no idea what a peplum was until I read this post. I think they look great in these pictures, but I have a feeling I would just look like I had a couple of storage pockets built in fanny pack style.
ReplyDeleteI love how it looks but i think is not for me... to much booty here... but is a great trend...

I think they are such cute designs! Definitely worth trying it. Can't wait for you to take pictures of it =)
ReplyDeleteBtw, I really like that dress on Michelle Williams. The cutting and color is so pretty =)
Michelle Williams totally was my best dressed too. I can't decide how I feel about the peplum trend...I love it on other people but can't decide how I feel about them on me.
